There are examples in the main text book: BTEC Level 3 Performing Arts written by Sally Jewers, Carolyn Carnaghan and Paul Webster and published by Pearson Education Limited (2010).

It takes 60 Guided Learning Hours to deliver. The unit could be delivered over one term on three/four lessons a week depending on staffing and length of lessons. This scheme is run on four sessions of 65 minutes per week, making a weekly total of 4 hours 20 minutes for 14 weeks. The performances take place in the last week. Some time is set aside both in the lesson and at home or in study periods for learners to write in their log books. This unit is taught in the Autumn Term of Year One on the Edexcel BTEC Advanced Subsidiary or Certificate courses.
