This special selection is bound to be a sure-fire favorite with your pupils, regardless of age!  It begins with brass and low woodwinds speaking "FFFT" into their instruments in a two-measure pattern accompanied by a four-measure wood-block pattern.  You'll soon find yourself cueing claves, trumpets buzzing their mouthpieces, bass drum, assorted melodic fragments played by different instrument groupings, single reed squeaks, flute head joint alarms, trumpet half valve effects, trombone ad lib glissandos, and a host of other contemporary effects.  The work ends by having all players switch, one by one, to hitting their house keys against music stands, and then slowly drop out one by one.
