Flipping the Music Classroom

We all want to teach outstanding lessons where student engagement is at a maximum, skills are being honed and applied in all types of ways, and there is constant reference to prior learning - ideally by the students themselves. We dream of classes where students do not need to be reminded of the relevance of skills they learned last week, last term or last year.
